The Finance Ministry conducted a draw based on taxpayers’ electronic transactions via debit or credit card from January 1 to September 30, 2017. This Christmas draw distributed 1,000 Euros each to 9,000 fortunate citizens.

1. Who is responsible for conducting the draw?
The Independent Public Revenue Authority, part of the Finance Ministry.
2. Who participates in the draw?
Any citizen with a Greek AFM (tax identification number) over 18 years old is eligible.
3. What action is required to participate?
Complete at least one electronic transaction using a card or e-Banking payment during the draw period.
4. How do you prove online transactions?
You do not have to take any action. Your electronic payments are automatically converted into lottery tickets by the system.
5. How many tickets do you receive?
Ticket allocation based on total electronic spending:

Up to 100€: 1 ticket per 1€

101€-500€: 1 ticket per 2€

501€-1,000€: 1 ticket per 3€

Over 1,000€: 1 ticket per 4€
6. How do you check if you’ve won?
Visit AADE website using your Taxisnet credentials. Winners receive personalized messages through their Taxisnet account.
7. What is the prize?
Each winner receives 1,000 Euros in cash.
